Decent rooms. Always clean.

The hotel is certainly more pleasant outside of Corona times, with a restaurant and breakfast. However, the house is very noisy with constant door rattling / banging.

The hotel is good, breakfast too. Unfortunately it is very noisy in the double rooms (street noise). It is very difficult to sleep with the windows open.

The restaurant is great, friendly staff and delicious food too. The hotel ok for one night. The decor is old and the rooms are small and not really cozy ... without a restaurant there would have only been one star. There is really a need for action here.

Currywurst was sold out. Corna rules are not respected. No guest who was in the restaurant needed to provide the contact details. The prices are too expensive for the services.

I ended up here by chance and bad weather during my bike tour. Hotel / RESTAURANT absolutely recommendable and I will definitely be back. Staff exemplary and very, very friendly. The kitchen is an absolute hammer. If you want to spend the night in Itzehoe, you don't have to look far. Stay here if you can !!!

I can't say anything about the rooms because I haven't booked a room there. The food, however, was very tasty and the service very friendly and helpful. I like to go there again.

Perfectly sufficient for one or two nights. The hotel is centrally located and the pedestrian zone is on the doorstep. The rooms are a bit small, but everything was available and they were sparkling clean. The food in the restaurant was very good and the staff friendly and helpful.

Good address for fitters. Small and fine rooms, sufficient for overnight stays. My room was clean. The restaurant has nice staff, the salad with turkey strips was delicious!

I have come to eat three times in the restaurant of this hotel and have been able to enjoy very well prepared dishes each time. I would recommend this restoration to everyone, because the price is right, and the waitresses have always been very friendly and courteous.

We were with 4 people to eat there. We had reserved the table. Also on weekdays the restaurant is very busy. The service staff was excellent and a very communicative and warm personality. That's why we will visit the restaurant again. The advice on the food choice was perfect as well as the food itself. We had four different dishes which were all perfect. The drinks, especially the recommended spirits were excellent. Gladly again!

So I have to say that hotel has completely failed. The rooms are really very small and very spartan. The bathroom needs to be renovated urgently. The mirrors in the bathroom are broken, the walls are already cracked. Then you have to go out for breakfast and go to the restaurant (there is no direct way). The breakfast is manageable. The restaurant would have earned more stars for itself. So to the restaurant I can say great price performance and big portion.
